Staying Well in the Workplace – a gentle approach to long term success

Each package is designed to help employees establish a cycle of positive reinforcement which will underpin long term change

Package 1 - Staying well at a healthy weight
Go on a diet. Break the diet. Feel guilty and weak. Eat for comfort. Gain even more weight. Go on a diet. The cycle is depressing familiar to huge numbers of women and also many men. Staying well at a healthy weight shows how to break the cycle – how to make food a friend to enjoy rather than an enemy you’re fighting to control.

Package 2 - Staying well for Life

Good health isn’t just about living longer, it’s about living well. Choices that help us to stay fit, strong and flexible throughout our working life can also lead to greater fulfilment, joy and independence as we get older.

Package 3 – Staying well by managing stress
Feeling better physically and emotionally work together to reduce stress. Unlikely as it sounds, we can also learn to worry less and choose behaviours that reduce stress even further.

Package 4 – Staying well by breaking bad habits
Few addictions are purely physical. Most are underpinned by an emotional need – which is why it’s common for people who give up one bad habit to replace it with another. Addressing the emotional need is key to managing dependency over the long term.
